Across the two editions, the Practice Book includes 57 questions (46 Quant, 11 Verbal) that aren’t used in Powerprep. I recommend using Powerprep for practice tests and the Practice Book for additional practice exercises. So, in effect, you really have just two free official practice tests, not four. As of August 2017, ETS now offers two paid online adaptive official GRE practice tests under the name POWERPREP PLUS Online. You may only take each test one time per purchase and your access to the test (and your results) expires after 90 days.
